2007 Cabernet Franc (wine club only)

Only 1 barrel of this varietally correct classic was bottled (less than 300 bottles in the world). This wine is dark purple with intriguing aromatics of blueberry, cinnamon, and asian spice. Loads of fruit on the palate with hints of black plum and blueberry, soft tannins  and a nice finish. Grown in St. Helena, this wine was fermented in small open top fermenters utilizing 100% native yeast and 50% new French oak.  Bottled un-filtered. Allow to decant for 1 to 3 hours to enjoy this wine at its fullest potential.
