2008 Pinot Noir (wine club only)

Only 1 barrel of this supple and uber sexy beauty was bottled (less than 300 bottles in the world). This wine has powerful aromatics, loads of fruit, hints of black tea, cherry, and super fine grain tannins which creates an experience of pure luxury. Hailing from the Sonoma Coast appellation in the windy Peteluma gap, this Pommard clone pinot was fermented in small open top fermenters with 7% whole cluster inclusion on 100% native yeast and 50% new French (Damy) oak. Bottled un-filtered.
