If no selection is made, your wine will be held safely in Napa until cooler weather.
By selecting to ship, you acknowledge and accept that there is risk involved in shipping wine during the warmer summer months.
Please have a look at the options below that pertain to the area of the country that you live in.
FOR THOSE EAST OF THE ROCKIES
- Temperature Controlled Freight – For Texas ONLY, arrangements have been made to consolidate orders to be shipped via Cold Freight to the air conditioned warehouse. For final delivery, an air-conditioned delivery service is utilized as UPS Vans are generally not Air Conditioned in the freight area. (15.00 surcharge MODUS WILL PAY)
- Cold Freight + Final Mile Service – For most other areas east of the Rockies, the orders are consolidated and shipped via Cold Freight to several hubs around the country. From there, the packages are opened and ice packs are inserted to keep the wine cool for the final delivery. (Note*not available for New Mexico or Kentucky – please inquire for alternate options.)
- Hold till Cooler Weather – You may opt to have us hold your order until October 1st. Regular ground rates will be added to your order to cover the shipping costs later in the year.
FOR CA LOCALS AND WEST COAST
- VinDelivery – This applies to the greater Bay Area only. White glove personal delivery service that will deliver to your location at your convenience, per pre-arranged times, including evenings and weekends in a refrigerated sprinter truck. This is really great and is a new service founded by a friend of mine.
- Hold till Cooler Weather – You may opt to have us hold your order until October 1st. Regular ground rates will be added to your order to cover the shipping costs later in the year.
- Pickup at Winery – This is mainly for local residents only who choose not to have the wine shipped. There is a 10.00 handling fee to package and transport wine to pick-up point.
